Our limousine wine tour collects you at your doorstep, and takes you on a peaceful and relaxing journey through the picturesque Coal River Valley wine producing region of southern Tasmania. 

After meandering up country laneways to sample many fine local wines and wares, we arrive at - and you are free to explore - the historic Richmond village, before returning to your point of origin. 

Richmond has some of the oldest colonial buildings in Australia. The Richmond Bridge and Gaol both predate the better known Port Arthur Penal site. Richmond is a quaint historic village with many boutique shops and galleries. 

Enjoy the day sampling Tasmanian wines from boutique family owned wineries in the Coal River Valley.

Typically, our coal river valley/Richmond tour itineraries run between 2-8 hours in duration. However given the very unique and personalised nature of our tours, each will vary depending on your own desires. As a general rule, allowing approximately 4 hours will give you time to stop at a vineyard or two, have a nice lunch in Richmond, and return to Hobart.

Your tour may include the following - but it is completely flexible to suit your desires:

  • VIP pick up in one of our luxury limousines from your accommodation
  • Visiting at least 4 vineyards to meet their owners and winemakers, and of course to taste their produce too!
  • A wonderfully scenic drive through the Coal River Valley to Richmond Historic Village and return.
